The Project Midas

Noticing a lack of focused outlets and activites for the urban art scene in Singapore, long time art collectors Ken and Kiat decided to set up Project Midas in 2008, Singapore's first ever company dedicated to increasing the awareness of this burgeoning scene. Inspired by the art shows they have attended on their international travels, the duo felt the need to promote a similar kind of appreciation back in their region.

Centered to their core belief that art should not be a vacant portal of display where it is seen but not fully experienced, Project Midas has been relentlessly organising urban art events, curating art shows and bringing local and international talents to a new audience.
